I left sunny Florida for the chilly Northern reaches of California. Bundled against the cold, we have hiked back and forth through the deer ferns and redwoods attempting to locate the Ewok Village. Anyone have any suggestions as where to search?

Well, I gotta drive from Fort Dick to SF in the morning (Peanuts Museum before plane out of Sacramento day after tomorrow), so we will drive right by Ewok Lake.

Thanks Will. I think it's really bad taste. Anyway, I already found the Ewok Village...well, I found the Yurok Village, who live in big trees and have funny hats. I rather imagine they might have been the inspiration anyway.

Dang. I wish I had seen this earlier. I was in the SF area until the 21st. We could have met up.

That stinks. I thought about looking up Chad (anemezoso) as well then remembered he ain't in San Bernadino any more. I thought you were back in Spanish Fork or whereever in Utah.

I am but I was out at SLAC for a week. I could have sworn I checked this site at least once a day while I was out there but I must not have been logged in and so I missed the new messages. Bummer.
